This phase will include a comprehensive meeting to discuss your project goals, preferences, schedule, and budget. Development of initial design concepts will begin. Preliminary concepts will then be provided. We will work with you and your team to refine these concepts. Simultaneously, we will be performing a feasibility study with reporting and assisting you in developing ROM (rough order of magnitude) budgets to construct infrastructure.

Should you choose to continue after phase 1, this will be the second of two proposals for your project, focusing on developing comprehensive construction documents that will guide the construction process and bring your vision to life. We will create detailed architectural and engineering drawings, prepare all necessary permit applications for local authorities, and ensure clear coordination with contractors to address any questions during the bidding process. Additionally, we will implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout construction.

We offer Construction Administration Support as an optional add-on to your project. This includes site visits, clarifications, and review of contractor submittals, billed on a time and materials basis. If you need this additional oversight, please let us know, and we’ll provide a detailed estimate and integrate it into your project plan.
